FLAM COOKING WITH SHRIMP
What do you need:
1 roll of fresh flamkuche dough (from aunt Fanny)
200g Fraiche cream
1 red onion
clove of garlic
handful of arugula
freshly ground pepper and salt
Remove the dough from the packaging and roll it out. Fold in about 1 cm from the sides. Squeeze a clove of garlic over the creme fraiche. Brush the dough with the crème fraîche and sprinkle with a good amount of ground pepper and cheese.
Cut the zucchini into very thin slices using a cheese slicer or mandolin. Place this on the flat cough. Top with finely chopped red onion. Spread the shrimps over the flamkuchen. Bake it all ready in 15-17 minutes, check it now and then. Sprinkle a lot of arugula over the flatkuchen when it comes out of the oven.
