COD BURGER WITH THAI SALAD

What do you need:

2 Cod burgers

200 grams snow peas

250 grams of bok choy

100 grams of bean sprouts

1 red onion

1 cucumber or 6 snack cucumbers

handful of peanuts

Red peppers

2 limes

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp brown sugar

1 clove of garlic

optional handful of cassava chips

Fry the cod burgers according to the instructions on the package

Keep 2 large green leaves of the bok choy behind and finely chop the rest. Wok the snow peas and bean sprouts al dente in 3-5 minutes. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the red onion into thin rings. If you like it spicy, cut the red pepper into thin rings.

Make the dressing by finely chopping the garlic. Mix this with the juice of the limes, fish sauce and brown sugar.

Mix all the vegetables together. Drizzle this with the dressing. Garnish with the roasted peanuts. Serve the burgers on a bok choy leaf with the salad. Serve with the cassava chips if desired.
